Classroom Use of Erwin Library Resources

Below are directions for instructors using the Moodle Create Learning Activity menu to create Reading/Viewing Lists in Moodle class pages in two steps:

  1. Retrieve and Copy a Title + Permalink for each item to place in your list (HINT:  "Bundle" your searches into one file to use later in Moodle by saving a list of Titles w/their Permalinks in a Notepad or Wordpad file)
  2. Open a Create Learning Activity menu box and click on the URL ink under the Resouces tab in Moodle and Paste the Title + Permalink into the appropriate areas for each item in your list

Search Library Resource, then Copy Titles/Permalinks for Moodle Reading/Viewing List

WCC Single Search

  • For each item you find and wish to use in your Reading/Viewing List Retrieve, Copy and Save the Title + Permalink [See two examples below, particularly for different database locations for Permalinks]
